Shipping policy
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
New Zealand Orders
National Courier Service. Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days, from our Auckland depot.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of goods you purchase, when you don’t reach the minimum order value of $99.
- NZ orders above $99 receive Free Shipping
- Non-Rural orders under $99 incur a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $6
- Rural orders under $99 incur a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $12
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. Pop powders or the courier are not liable for parcels that are damaged, stolen or lost after the delivery has been made.
Australian Orders
We offer international shipping to Australia via NZ Post. Orders are dispatched from our Auckland depot and shipped using NZ Post’s Economy international delivery service.
Standard delivery time is 3–6 working days. However, please note that delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

- Orders under $150 will incur a calculated shipping fee at checkout
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information. Pop Powders and NZ Post are not liable for parcels that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen after delivery is completed.
