Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all unopened purchases made through our online store.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We also require proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@poppowders.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8 Harrybrook Road, Green Bay, Auckland, New Zealand, 0604. 

All shipping costs related to returns need to be covered by the customer, unless it's an error on our part.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 working days if your order arrives damaged so we can promptly rectify the issue. 

The customer is responsible for orders that have a Special Delivery instruction applied. 

If there is an issue with product quality, please contact us immediately upon opening so we can investigate and rectify the issue.

Please take care when storing and handling products as the active ingredients in some of the range are hydroscopic and are prone to clumping when exposed to moisture. If you find clumping starts to appear, please give the pottle a good shake or break up the clumps (or even throw the clumps in a blender).
