PERFORMANCE RANGE

Train clean. Train smart.

Four products designed for the moments that matter — pre, during, post, and every day in between. Cleanly formulated, transparently dosed, naturally sweetened.

Find your stack

Performance, without the noise.

The performance range is built for people who train, but don't want to drink something that tastes like industrial fluid or read a label of unpronounceable ingredients to get there.

No proprietary blends hiding underdosed actives. No artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives. No padding, every ingredient earns its place.
Just clean, well-researched ingredients at the doses they're studied at, and nothing else.

MEET THE RANGE

Four products. Four moments.

Train smarter. Stack smarter.

The performance range works best as a system. Use one. Use them all. Here's how the four products fit into a training day.

PRE

Old Mate

30 min before training

Pump, endurance, focus

DURING

Salt Mode+

Throughout training

Hydration, endurance, performance

DAILY

Creatine

Any time of day

Strength, recovery, daily foundation

DAILY

Creatine+

Any time of day

Strength, supported uptake, daily ritual

Pre-training

Old Mate 30 minutes before your session. Citrulline malate, beta-alanine, and creatine, each included at studied doses for training performance. Creatine, taurine, glutamine, and arginine round out a complete pre-workout — without caffeine.

During training

Salt Mode+ — sip throughout your session. Sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium replace what you sweat out. Citrulline malate and taurine support performance. Glucose for fuel during longer sessions.

Daily

Creatine. Take it daily, regardless of training day or rest day. Creatine works through accumulation, not acute dosing — so consistency matters more than timing.

Creatine+

Creatine+ pairs 5g of creatine with sodium citrate, not just for hydration. Creatine transport in the body is sodium-dependent. Creatine+ is formulated with that in mind, same daily creatine, in a format designed to complement how it works.

Best in water — designed as a standalone drink

Choose Creatine if you already have a routine you like and just want to add creatine without changing the taste. Stack it into your morning smoothie, mix it into Old Mate or Salt Mode+, or take it with water.

Choose Creatine+ if you want creatine to feel like part of a training ritual. Flavoured and refreshing, with sodium citrate added to support uptake and hydration — designed to be enjoyed on its own or stacked with Old Mate.

Or take both. Creatine in your morning smoothie, Creatine+ during training. They deliver the same creatine base — the difference is the format and how you want to take it.

BEYOND ELECTROLYTES

Why Salt Mode+ is different from most electrolytes on the market.

most ELECTROLYTEs

Basic rehydration

SALT MODE+

format

Full spectrum electrolytes

Purpose

Replace sweat loss + support performance

Citrulline malate + taurine

Glucose

Yes — deliberately added for training fuel

Best for

During serious training sessions

For casual hydration, a basic electrolyte does the job. Salt Mode+ is designed specifically for training.

Choose Salt Mode+ if you're training hard, sweating heavily, and want your hydration drink to actually support your performance.

Stack Salt Mode+ with Old Mate — citrulline malate in both means your pre-workout pump carries through your entire session.

TRUSTED QUALITY

Real doses. No hiding.

Most performance supplements hide underdosed ingredients behind proprietary blends. Every POP formula is fully disclosed. Every dose, every ingredient, every time.

Studied Doses, Disclosed

Every active ingredient is included at a dose used in research — and we tell you exactly how much. 6g citrulline malate. 3g creatine. 1.7g beta-alanine. 1g taurine. Specific. Verifiable.

COA-Verified Actives

Every active ingredient comes with a Certificate of Analysis verifying potency, identity, heavy metals, and microbial safety.

Naturally Flavoured, Naturally Sweetened

No artificial flavours, sweeteners, fillers or preservatives. Naturally flavoured and sweetened with monk fruit. Performance shouldn't taste like chemicals.

QUESTIONS

The questions we hear most.

Why is Old Mate caffeine-free? Doesn't pre-workout need caffeine?

Caffeine is one ingredient in a pre-workout, it's not the only one that matters. The real performance ingredients are citrulline malate, beta-alanine, and creatine, each included at the doses used in research. Old Mate gives you those without the caffeine. Skip it if you train in the evenings, are caffeine-sensitive, or already get enough caffeine elsewhere in your day.

Will Old Mate make me tingle?

Yes — beta-alanine causes a harmless tingling sensation (paraesthesia) for some people. It's not an allergic reaction, it's not dangerous, and it's a sign the ingredient is at an effective dose. The sensation usually settles within 30 minutes and many people stop noticing it after a few weeks of regular use.

Why does Creatine+ contain sodium citrate?

Creatine transport in the body is sodium-dependent. Creatine+ is formulated with that in mind, it's not just there for flavour or hydration, it's part of the overall formula design.

Do I really need to take creatine every day?

Yes — creatine works through saturation, not acute dosing. Consistency is what makes it effective. Take it daily (training day or rest day, doesn't matter) at any time of day. After about 4 weeks of daily use, your muscles will be saturated and you'll start to feel the benefits — strength, power output, recovery, and emerging research suggests cognitive support too.

Can I take Old Mate and Creatine+ together?

Yes. Old Mate already contains 3g of creatine, and Creatine+ adds another 5g. If you're training and want to take both, that's totally fine — total daily creatine intake of 5–10g is safe and effective. Most people find one or the other is enough.

Is Salt Mode+ just expensive Powerade?

No — Salt Mode+ contains 1,000mg of sodium per serve (most sports drinks contain 100–200mg), plus full-spectrum electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, calcium), and adds citrulline malate and taurine for performance. It's designed for people genuinely losing significant amounts of electrolytes through sweat — not casual hydration.

When should I take Creatine?

Any time of day. Creatine works through cumulative saturation, not acute timing. Some people prefer pre-workout, some post-workout, some with breakfast. The most important thing is daily consistency.

Is creatine safe?

Creatine is one of the most researched supplements in the world, with decades of safety data supporting daily use at 5g. It's safe for healthy adults. As with any supplement, if you have specific medical conditions or are pregnant/breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional first.

Can I take Salt Mode+ outside of training?

Yes — anytime you're losing significant electrolytes. Hot days, after a sauna, on flights, the morning after a big night. It's a strong electrolyte profile, not just a training drink.

Are sample packs available?

Yes — sample packs are available for the performance range on the product pages. A great way to try the flavours before committing to a full tub.

Train clean. Train smart. Train with POP.
