WHY POP PROTEIN

What goes in matters as much as what doesn't.

Honest Protein Numbers

Real protein per serve, listed plainly. The number on the front of the bag is the number in the scoop, not a rounded-up best case.

NO JUNK FILLERS

No amino spiking, no bulking agents padding out the bag. Just protein and what it needs to mix and taste good.

NATURALLY SWEETENED

Sweetened with monk fruit. No sucralose, no acesulfame K.

THE RANGE

TRUSTED QUALITY

The world's most trusted dairy nation.

New Zealand has some of the strictest dairy regulations in the world — from animal welfare standards to processing protocols and microbial testing. It's why New Zealand whey is sought after globally, and why it's the source of our whey protein range.

Strict Regulatory Standards

New Zealand's dairy industry is regulated by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) and held to among the world's toughest standards for animal welfare, processing hygiene, and product testing.

Grass-Fed, Pasture-Raised

NZ dairy cows graze on pasture year-round, the natural way to produce milk. Grass-fed dairy carries a richer, more natural taste, supported by some of the cleanest milk supply standards in the world.

Globally Sought After

NZ whey is exported globally and trusted by premium supplement brands worldwide. We're proud to use the same standard right here at home.

Processed for Purity

Our whey is gently spray-dried to preserve the natural protein structure and amino acid profile. Instantised for fast mixing, naturally low in lactose, and clean-tasting. No grit, no clumping, no flavour compromises.

A note on Plant Flow: Our pea protein isolate is sourced internationally from a premium supplier specialising in clean-tasting, high-purity pea protein. Made and packed in New Zealand to the same standards as the rest of our range.

BUILD YOUR ROUTINE

QUESTIONS

The questions we hear most.

What's the difference between Whey Isolate and Whey Concentrate?

Whey Isolate is more refined, higher protein per serve, fewer carbs, almost no fat or lactose, and slightly higher cost. Whey Concentrate is whey in a less processed form, naturally creamier, slightly higher in calories and carbs, and includes added lactase enzyme to support digestion. Both are made from NZ whey.

Is Plant Flow as effective as whey for muscle building?

Plant Flow is a pea protein isolate with a complete amino acid profile, including all the essential amino acids. The protein per serve (23.4g) is comparable to our whey range. Pea protein is slightly lower in one amino acid (leucine) than whey — a difference easily covered by a varied diet. For anyone eating plant-based or avoiding dairy, Plant Flow is a genuine everyday protein option, dosed honestly like the rest of the range.

Is Collagen Crush a "protein"?

Technically yes, collagen is a protein, just a different kind to whey or pea. It has a different amino acid profile, which is why it's not the one you'd reach for after a heavy session. Collagen is commonly taken as a daily addition by people focused on skin, hair, nails and joint care, and Collagen Crush combines marine collagen with vitamin C in a light, drinkable formula. Most people use it as part of a daily routine rather than as a swap for their main protein, plenty of customers run it alongside whey or Plant Flow.

Can I take more than one POP protein per day?

Yes. The proteins are designed to fit around your routine, not compete with each other. Some people use a different protein on training days versus rest days; others mix and match across the week based on taste, dietary needs, or what their body wants on the day. The doses are honest, so you always know what you're getting in each serve, however you stack them.

What if I'm lactose intolerant?

Whey Concentrate includes added lactase enzyme to support digestion, but if you're highly sensitive, Whey Isolate (almost no lactose) or Plant Flow (no dairy at all) are better options.

Are samples available?

Yes — sample packs are available for each protein on the product pages. A great way to test flavours before committing to a full tub.
